The time we need to prepare an order is 3 business days. For details, see individual items. Individual shipping costs to Canada are $15.00 CAD through Canada Post standard mail and arrives within 3 - 5 business days.
U.S orders are $20.25 CAD through US Air Postal.
All other areas are $24.20 CAD.
Multiple items require different costs as weight will vary.
Lighters is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that can be tracked and marked as delivered.. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
Please ensure that you have the correct mailing address before placing your order. If the incorrect address has been submitted, please contact us immediately before your item leaves our studio. If the item has been shipped to the wrong address due to a wrong entry, additional shipping is required on the buyer's behalf.
Lighters is not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past the ETA tracking, you can contact the shipper directly to file a complaint.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of arrival so long as the candle is in unused condition. Please contact us via email with any concerns or issues with your order. We strive to provide the best quality products and service.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your candle is damaged during shipping, please send us an image of the broken product and we will gladly send another piece. This will need to be done within 5 days of receiving the package.
If you are upset with your choice of smell, send us an email and we are happy to exchange. Please note that shipping charges to return the item are at your expense.
